Torpoint Athletic will look to put their disappointing home defeat to Cullompton Rangers in the league behind them when they take to the road for the third successive time on Saturday for the second round of the FA Vase against Uhlsport Hellenic League outfit Brimscombe and Thrupp near Stroud in Gloucestershire.

Torpoint go into the second round proper following wins at Backwell United (2-0) and Bishop Sutton (3-0). The only real doubt for the Tamarsiders is the absence of goalkeeper Ben Hardie who is suspended following his sending off at Godolphin.
