Liskeard Athletic and Launceston were saved from relegation from the ECPL Premier Division at the East Cornwall League EGM. St Austell and Pensilva were promoted.

The league ended the season with 28 teams and needed four teams to make up the full constitution. They got three, Looe Town, who were Duchy League champions, Plymouth Parkway Reserves and Elburton Villa Reserves. With the constitution set at 16 teams for both the Premier Division and Division One it meant Liskeard Athletic, who finished bottom of the Premier Division, along with Launceston were saved from relegation. This meant the top two, St Austell and Pensilva could be promoted to the Premier Division, making up the full complement of 16 teams.
