The East Cornwall Premier Football League will again be sponsored by the Mortgage Advice Bureau for next season.
The company decided to sponsor the league two seasons ago and has agreed a further deal for the 2018-19 season.
Business development director and local referee Alan Johns, whose son Matthew owns the company, said: ‘We are pleased to sponsor the league again for next season.
‘For us it is about name recognition and I would like to thank the media for its excellent coverage of the league.’
He added: ‘I know football is struggling but we have been delighted and pleased with the response the league has received in the media.’
League secretary Ken Adkins also thanked Steve Andrews Tyres Ltd for their continued support and sponsorship renewal.
He added: ‘The league are actively looking for new sponsors of the league knockout cup to replace SWAZ Teamwear and for sponsorship of the Fred Binks Premier Division League Cup as Bodmin Sports have gone out of business.’
Interested parties can contact Ken Adkins on 01726 69370 or on [email protected]
The league will be holding its SGM next Friday, June 1, to look at new rules, and acceptance of new clubs, with the annual meeting taking place on June 20.
