Liskeard Athletic have solved a potential goalkeeper crisis by completing the re-signing of Josh Gilbert.

The Blues were left with no senior keeper on their books with first choice Jamie Blatchford suspended for the next three games after being sent off against Wadebridge on Saturday.

But Gilbert, who was Liskeard’s number one for the early months of the season before moving to Australia for work, has recently returned and agreed to rejoin.

He will play in Liskeard’s away game at Plymouth Marjon on Saturday.
