Cornwall Schools Cricket Association are celebrating their diamond jubilee with a two-day match next month.
The first game was by an U15s XI on the July 4, 1956, at Liskeard, against Devon U15s.
The counties will celebrate the milestone with an U15s match at Truro Cricket Club on Wednesday and Thursday, June 1 and 2.
It is hoped as many of the original team, who will now be aged around 75, can be invited to the game.
The Cornwall team was: G R Trembath, F R Trevithick, T Matthews, T R Childs, B Dawe, K Hosking, D Osborne, K Holman, M Sweet, C J Neat and K Martin.

The game in 1956 was drawn with Cornwall making 129 and Devon were 49 for six when rain stopped play. Tommy Matthews top scored with 37.
