TWO members of Crafthole District Churches Table Tennis Club have enjoyed success at county level.

Harry Nicholls and Skye Warwicker both produced superb performances at this year's Cornwall Schools' Individual Championships, which were held last Friday at Penryn.

Harry, representing Antony Church of England Primary School, claimed the Under-11 Boys' Singles title.

And, completing a club double for Crafthole, Skye won the corresponding girls' competition while representing Carbeile Junior School, Torpoint.

Both players were undefeated on the day and, as a result, have qualified for the National Schools' Championship Finals to be held at Doncaster in April.

Much credit must also go to coach Steve Lowe, aided by Paul Wetherill.

Crafthole junior coaching is held in the Antony Village Hall on Thursday evenings from 6.30 pm.

All young players, including beginners, are welcome to attend.

Further coaching by invitation is held on Saturday afternoons and on other selected nights.
