A group of 22 Caradon Swimming Club members travelled to Penzance for the annual Cornwall Intermediate Gala and returned with a number of medals and personal best (PB) times.
Hollie Catnach was the golden girl of the day, claiming PBs and gold medals in all four
of her events – the 200-metre individual medley, 100-metre backstroke, 100-metre butterfly and 200-metre freestyle.
There were two medals for Cali-Mai Willett – silver in the 100-metre backstroke and gold in the 100-metre breaststroke.
Kai Russell had a very busy day, swimming in five events and clinching a gold medal in the 50-metre breaststroke.
