TORPOINT Athletic held on to their unbeaten record in the East Cornwall Premier Division with a 2-1 victory at Plymouth Parkway.

Lewis Kershaw took advantage of a loose pass by Matt Penry to fire the visitors into a fifth-minute lead.

Parkway were dangerous, especially down the left – a route that saw them draw level 12 minutes later when Dan Cook ran on to a through-ball before sending over a pin-point cross for Dan Worth to fire low into the net from 12 yards.

Defences seemed to be well on top in the second half, until the last minute when Bradley Yeo knocked in a free-kick to grab the winner.
