Pensilva Youth came from behind to defeat Manstow 6-2 in DJM U-16 Rodney. The visitors started well and took an early lead, but two goals within the space of a minute from Dan Loftus, one of which was a superb 30-yard free-kick which meant Pensilva went in at half-time with a 2-1 lead.
Manstow equalised soon after the restart, but this only spurred Pensilva to up the tempo and when they were awarded a free-kick 25 yards from goal, Loftus needed no instructions, beating the Manstow 'keeper once more with a fine curling shot. They added a further three goals, which included an excellent solo effort from Anthony Chapman and a strike from Phil Lucas to keep up his ratio of a goal a game.
The man of the match award went to Dan Loftus, who grabbed a total of four goals. Thanks to Keith Richards Motor Body Shop for sponsoring the kit.
