A woman taxi driver attacked by a man she picked up from Pensilva in the early hours of the morning was left 'devastated' by the incident, magistrates in Bodmin were told this week.
Kristopher Duffin, 25, of Kinsman Estate, Bodmin, admitted assaulting the woman and also pleaded guilty to a further assault on a man who responded to her radio pleas for help.
