Why has our Community Tax charge for the Caradon Council area been increased?

They have obviously got enough money to spare and spend as today both my husband and myself had identical letters and maps relating to new parish boundaries. Postal was of course paid on each one.

How many households in the Caradon area received two for every married couple? What a waste!
