THIS week’s Cornish Times recipe is from celebrity chef James Martin and is for Caramelised Onion, Courgette and Wensleydale Quiche.
The dish features in his new book Great British Adventure: A Celebration Of Great British Food With 80 Fabulous Recipes and as well as courgette ribbons and flowers, it features Wensleydale cheese from Hawes in Yorkshire, England’s highest market town.
He says the cheese is a great addition and the quiche is great comfort food.
