A couple say they have been told their baby daughter, who was born 15 weeks prematurely, might be put into foster care if they don't find a new home.

Vicki Peachey, 23, and Stephen Worgan, 21, have been told their daughter Naomi, who hasn't left hospital since she was born four months ago because of health problems, is ready to be discharged.
