Volunteers are wanted to join a campaign for Saltash to become a Plastic Free Community and to free the town from single-use plastics.

Georgina Caro, Plastic Free Community Leader for Saltash, said: ‘It’s definitely not about removing all plastic from Saltash but about stopping our addiction to single-use plastic and working on changing the system that produces it.’  

The campaign is part of a national network of communities all doing the same, backed by the national campaigns and actions of Surfers Against Sewage.
