TV licences

Before the BBC contemplate their next licence rise, may I suggest they look at the service for which we are expected to pay such a high price. Last Monday, on four channels (excluding films), 47 programmes were repeats, 30 of these featured by the BBC.

Is this what we have to pay such a high licence fee for?
