A PROMINENT retail building in the centre of Liskeard has gone onto the market with an asking price of £2.3 million.

The Co-operative building is currently leased to the supermarket until 2035, with an option for the tenant to renew the lease for a further 25 years.

It’s one of the Co-op’s 2,611 retail stores across the UK.

Agent Allsop promises investors a net intial yield of six percent and annual rent indexation.
