Here is a correction to the Bodmin & Wenford Railway free shuttle train times for today (Sunday) that were previously featured on this website.

The Sunday shuttle service, which will be top and tailed by steam and diesel locomotives, will run from the junction with mainline train services at Bodmin Parkway to the town station at Bodmin General, taking around 15 minutes in each direction.

Trains will depart Bodmin Parkway at 10.05, 11.05, 12.05, 13.05, 14.05, 16.15, 17.15, 18.15, 19.15 and 20.15.

And trains will depart Bodmin General at 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 13.30, 14.30, 16.40, 17.40, 18.40, 19.40 and 20.40.

(The hour’s gap in afternoon services is because the Tour first stage is expected to end at 15.30).

The service is being run in connection with events going on in the town and during the road closures due to the cycle race. In addition, the race finish line and rostrum are next to Bodmin General station and Bodmin Keep.
