SOME of the world’s most talented string players will play in Kingsand as part of a UK tour tomorrow (Thursday).
Take Five includes Cornish born double bass player Ted Francis-Smith who, at 19, is one of Britain’s youngest international touring musicians. The group came together following this year’s spring masterclasses at the International Musicians Seminar in Prussia Cove.
The concert is being supported by Carn to Cove and thanks to sponsorship from the Cavatina Chamber Music Trust, free tickets are being made available to all young people aged under 25. Take Five will be at Maker Church on Thursday, December 3, from 7.30pm.
