ST DOMINICK relinquished their unbeaten record in the Bond Timber Liskeard and District Billiards League with a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Menheniot, whose Tony Wallace knocked in three breaks, including the highest of the week – a 57.

There were two very close games in the Premier match between Dobwalls A and Downderry.

Tim Mander went down, 200-183, to Ivan Ede, while Geff Toms lost by just three points to Chris Mitchell, 200-197, as Dobwalls A emerged 3-0 victors.

Meanwhile, Chris Giles was beaten by a single point, 200-199, at the hands of Tony Brend, but his Millbrook team had already done enough to secure a 2-1 success over Dobwalls B.
