Birthday presents for a three-year-old child were among items stolen in a burglary at a house in a village.

Liskeard CID are investigating the burglary at a garage adjoining the house near the church in St Cleer which took place some time in the last two weeks.

A number of birthday presents for a three-year-old were taken.
