Five-year-old Sennen Mollard, from Dobwalls, has been happily reunited with her special little teddy ‘Bessie Boo’ after it went missing for two weeks following a family day out at Camel Creek Adventure Park, near Wadebridge.

Mum Susie said her daughter was extremely upset after realising when they got home that her precious teddy was nowhere to be found.

She had had the teddy since birth – a gift from her grandparents – and it went everywhere with her.

After being contacted by Susie, the staff at the park went on a ‘bear hunt’ and even shared Susie’s Facebook post on their own social media site in an attempt to reunite the teddy with its owner.

After two weeks of searching, the marketing manager, Nicola Langridge, broadcasted ‘live’ on the company’s Facebook page announcing to the world that they had finally found Bessie Boo.

Di Hooke, Sennen’s grandmother, said: ‘Camel Creek Adventure Park have to be commended for taking the trouble to look for a little lost bear.’

The video of Bessie Boo being found reached more than 3,700 views in just one day. If you would like to see it, go to the Camel Creek Facebook page www.facebook. com/camelcreekadventurepark
