Teams will be limbering up to beat records later today at the annual Janet James Memorial Swimathon in Liskeard.
The event in aid of the British Heart Foundation sees groups of all ages complete a timed relay session - and there’s always plenty of friendly competition to achieve the most lengths!
Spectators and supporters are welcome at the event at Lux Park Leisure Centre from 1.30pm.
