St Neot took to the field knowing four points (eight wickets) would be enough to secure the title, and they did not have to wait long for the first wicket as Ham bowled Harris in the first over.
After a dry week, Lanhydrock captain Middleton won the toss and elected to bat.
Then came some resistance with Carter and Attfield punishing the bad ball and scampering singles, the partnership had motored the score on to 52.
Sluggy Eldridge was introduced into the attack and beat Carter for pace, he was then followed by Attfield in the very next over, bowled by JJ Moss. Jack Trethewey steadied one end but wickets were falling at regular intervals from the other end.
Chris Rogers span out three of his ex-team-mates to become the sixth St Neot bowler to get into the 2011 handbook.
With the total on 99, skipper Ham snared the eighth wicket, that of Trapmore, and it was congratulations all round before returning to the job in hand.
The impressive Trethewey (27 not out) could only watch as Ham and Dave Masters bowled the last two men and the innings closed in the 42nd over, with Lanhydrock 107 all out.
After tea, Nathan Searle and Smurf Pearce got the St Neot innings under way, racing to the required total in 14.5 overs, with Searle 43 not out off 39 balls and Pearce 62 not out off 50 balls.
Upon winning Division Three (East), St Neot would like to thank well-wishers from neighbouring clubs and all connected to the Taverners, near and far, for their support, which is greatly appreciated.
They hope they will join them tomorrow for their County final against Helston CC at Werrington (1.00 pm).
