Division One

The Londoners failed to keep up their Division One score rate in their second half and it helped Hotshots take control. With Hotshots Graham Ball claiming 94 pins (just one pin short of the record highest score) Hotshots took all six points and head the Div One table.

Not far behind are the Jets who pulled off a 16 pins victory over the Misfits and with those six points stay in top-table contention. Also pushing for a top place are the Hits and Misses who scored well at Callington Social Club winning both halves and six more points.

The Rebels got the better of the Barley Oats at Pensilva winning both halves and also gained six more points. The final game in Div One also ended up with a 6-0 victory where at Dobsons the visiting Bulldogs got the better of the Cast-offs.

Division Two

Up to third spot in Division Two we see the Terriers as all six points came their way with their encounter with the Marketeers who were a little unlucky in the second half to rescue some much needed points.

One pin in the second half to show the advantage with the Crickets to take all six points holding on to top spot in a home game versus the unlucky Seccombes.

Oddballs trailed by 29 pins after four legs of skittling in their home game versus the Marquees and did improve in the remaining four legs but just dropped short by two pins to rescue any points allowing the Marquees to hold on to second spot with all six points.

Sandpipers started off strongly at Treburley but the Burley Booties came back and took control on their home alley with a 4-2 point result and a middle of the table position.

Division Three

The Rally team from Lanreath were very pleased with their Division Three performance as they left Treburley Social Club with all six points smashing the strong 4 x 4's unbeaten record. Fours must have felt very disappointed with their home performance as only 447 pins were knocked over by their eight players.

Well done Tri-ards recording their first 6-0 win also at Treburley Club where the visiting Hilltops fell short of any points by four pins in a close second half.

Six points would have put them top but settling for four points Hobos hold on to second place following a win over third place Nomads whose captain John Whillett accounted for 91 of his team total of 523 pins. Hobos Doreen Hamlyn joins Tricia Kirby of the Ramblers with her useful 18 pins spare.

Demons, trying desperately to get off the bottom, started well in their away game with the Treburley Growlers but allowed the home team to come back and just pip them for the highest total by one pin showing a Growlers 4-2 pt win.

Just two pins separated the total pinfalls in the Foxes favour where it looked to be a maximum win for them in their visit to the Clementines at Roche Victory Hall, who performed better in the second half to earn two points.

Division Four

Not a colossal pinfall at Pensilva but enough to avail the Millers with all six Division Four points and up to top spot in their home game with the Bilge Rats.

The Line Dancers in their first visit to the Church House Inn got the better of the Ramblers taking all six points and up to fifth place in Div four.

The Ladybirds, after failing by two pins in their first half, showed much improvement to claim the remaining four points in their home game with the Breakaways.

Also two first half points for the Thrashers to hold third place but still right behind them are their opponents the Circles who went on to win 4-2 with a 13 pins advantage.

They were on top of Div four but with the visiting Flyers just proving to be the better team on the night with an 11 pin advantage and a 4-2 pt win the Socialites take the runner-up position for now.
