Barley Oats were unable to take control in their game at home to the Callington eight, who knocked over a high 554 pins, earning all six points and now are a threat to the leaders.

Jets came out best in their trip to the Hits and Misses but only just, by two pins at the final ball, showing a 4-2 win for the visitors.

At Lanreath in Division Three, the Rally team of eight were unable to contain the visiting Clementines who returned home to Roche, pleased with all six points and rise to sixth spot.

The Four x Four's maintain their unbeaten record as six points came their way again, this time at the Bodmin Sweb Club as the home team Nomads couldn't keep up with visitors scoring showing a 30-pin total majority.

The Madhatters jump up to fourth place as a result of their comfortably 6-0 win at Treburley where the Growlers did show and improvement in the second half, missing out by four pins.

In a bottom of the table clash, positions were reverses as the Tri-ards got the better of the home team, Demons, who earned their two points with a two-pin majority.

Millers are still sharing top place as a result of their 4-2 win over stablemates Breakaways at Pensilva where just pins seperated the totals.

Top score record is now held by Thrashers' Allen Given but team-mate Kevin Gayton looked set to beat it as in their game away to the Bilge Rats at the L B Legion club, he could only knock over 92 pins but helped in his team's useful maximum victory and a rise to third place.
