THE search is on for a Cornish song to represent the county at the 2016 Pan Celtic Festival in Ireland.
This year Looe-based folk band The Changing Room, won not only the main song competition but also two other categories.
For the chance to represent Cornwall in Ireland in late March and early April next year, each competitor is asked to enter one song into the Kan Rag Kernow competition. It should be a newly-composed song especially for the competition but may be in any genre.
Shortlisted entries will compete against one another at a concert in Cornwall at the end of January. A panel of judges will make the final decision.
