Sandplace Road in Looe is set to be closed for nearly two months for road improvement works.
The work will see drainage works to the road as well as work to improve its durability and improve pedestrian safety.
A spokesperson for Looe Town Council said: “A road closure will be in place from Tuesday January 30, to Friday, March 29.
“Works will be carried out during the day between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and the road closure will remain in place outside of these hours.”
