A couple from Liskeard have been awarded £50 each by a judge at Truro Crown court after they foiled thieves who stole over £9,000 from Dobwalls post office.

The couple spotted two men running out of the post office and gave chase, eventually blocking thier car off and chasing them into woods.

One of the men was jailed, the other given a supervision order.
