LOCALS will have an opportunity to have a say in the future of Liskeard in a referendum on the Liskeard Neighbourhood Development Plan.

The referendum will be held at polling stations on Thursday, October 25. But to be eligible to vote you need to be on Cornwall Council’s electoral register.
