Thousands of pounds has been raised for Comic Relief by people throughout South East Cornwall. The charity's annual Red Nose Day event raised almost £75m nationally with plenty of people in the area contributing to the total.
The most popular fundaising activity, especially with schools, was dressing up in either funny clothes or red clothes. Among the groups dressing up were Liskeard Community School, Callington Community College, Liskeard Hillfort Primary School, St Stephens Community Primary School and West Looe Playgroup.
