REAR Admiral Roger Ainsley, the Plymouth-based Flag Officer Sea Training, has taken the salute at HMS Raleigh, as the latest recruits to the Royal Navy celebrated the end of the first phase of their naval training. Rear Admiral Ainsley inspected the 75 recruits at their passing out parade, watched by families and friends. He also presented trophies to the recruit and class who had achieved the best results during the eight-week training period. The recruits will now go on to their specialist training at HMS Raleigh, or another naval shore establishment.
