CUSTOMERS at Callington's Old Clink pub have welcomed the new licensees, who are the brother and sister partnership of Ian and Vivien Stewart-Jones, who have moved to the town from Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. A real family affair, the partners are being helped by Vivien's 26-year-old son Danny who is the new chef, her two daughters Fern and Pearl, and by granny Joyce, who has also moved to be with her son and daughter and grandchildren. For Vivien, a professional tarot reader, and Ian, a former computer engineer, this is the first time they have run a pub. 'We were looking on the internet and were attracted to The Old Clink by its history and because we wanted a pub which was part of the community. And it's certainly that,' said Vivien. The previous landlords, Nick and Ruth Woodley, who ran the pub for 11 years, have left to live in Spain.
