Prom dresses and evening wear available in South East Cornwall will be showcased at a charity event tomorrow (Friday October 5).

The event at the Elliot House Hotel in Liskeard on Friday October 5 is being organised to support the Forever Fred Precious Moments appeal.

As well as glamorous fashions on the catwalk, there will be stands displaying everything related to prom night, from hair and beauty to shoes, accessories and transport options.

The Forever Fred appeal was started by Liskeard couple Jo and Colin Smith following the loss of their son Fred Neale Smith, and proceeds are to benefit the Snowdrop Room at Derriford Hospital’s Maternity Unit.

Jo and Colin are being supported at tomorrow night’s event by 60 local models who will be showcasing both men’s and women’s prom outfits and evening wear.
