A good time was had by all at the second annual Pelynt Pre-school Dinner Dance, held at the Punch Bowl in Lanreath on Saturday. Around 150 people bought tickets for the event, which was themed Black and Bling, prompting some colourful costumes sported by guests. Organiser Vanessa Hutchings said the event had been a great success, raising around £2,500 for pre-school funds. Another is already being planned for next year.
