Mosquito Sailing Club were shock winners this week, winning at home to second place Mark of Friendship 5-4. Mosquito went 3-0 ahead with wins from Andy Welch, Greig Phillips and Mike Miller only for the Mark to level with wins from A Walker, S Bailey and R Perrens. Mosquito took the first two doubles and the match by 5-4.

King Pins drop to fourth this week after going down 5-4 at Wilcove Hotshots. Hotshots led 4-2 after the singles through R Jones, L Fearnley, G Bettinson and P Argrave. King Pins did level at 4-4 with singles wins from W Cooper and A Miller and the first two doubles only to go down on the decider to L Fearnley and G Bettinson of the Hotshots.

Wilcove Warriors increased their lead to 25 points this week with a 6-3 win at Carbeile C. After Ron Stones had put the Carbeile C ahead with a good 2-1 win over Kevin Tulett the Warriors the took the next five singles through J Cook, M Humphries, R Pender, R Bunston and B Sampson. Carbeile C did take two of the three doubles to lose on the night by 6-3.

Kings A found themselves 4-1 down at home to the 200 Club A with wins from S Roche, C Allsop, N Davies and K Davies. Kings A winners were S McCann and I Canty. 200 Club A took the middle doubles for the match by 5-4.

200 Club B were all level at home to the Wheelers B at 3-3 with wins from P Ford, M Lee and G Jory with P Jones, G Nichols and I Brown replying for the Wheelers. 200 Club B lost their way in the doubles, losing all three and the match by 6-3.
