Labour’s Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell will be visiting Liskeard on Saturday, July 30, at Liskeard Public Hall.

People going along will have the chance to ask questions of the Shadow Chancellor and Labour economic adviser James Meadway.

Mr McDonnell is undertaking a tour of the country with the aim of ‘broadening the debate on economics in Britain’.

He says he wants to get away from a ‘Westminster dominated’ view on the matter.
