People across South East Cornwall are voting today in elections to a new Cornwall Council, and in some places in town and parish council elections. Voters on the Rame Peninsula are also voting in a referendum on their Neighbourhood Plan, which proposes restrictions on second homes. Polling stations are open until 10pm.
