The secretary of campaign group Kernow Matters To Us (KMTU) has written directly to the Council of Europe to protest about the Boundary Commission’s decision to create a new parliamentary constituency crossing the Devon and Cornwall border.  

This has been followed up by a telephone call made by the Chair of KMTU directly to the Council of Europe in order to ensure what the group describes as ’he full gravity of the communication and of the Boundary Commission’s proposals and the threat they pose to the Cornish national minority’ are fully understood.
