Cornwall Councillors want to know how the public think decisions about public services in Cornwall should be made in the future.

Who decides how your money is spent? If we have a Mayor for Cornwall? When your bins are emptied?

John Pollard, Leader of Cornwall Council, is holding a series of public events with his deputy, Adam Paynter, to hear views about whether the current Cabinet and Leader system is the best way for Cornwall to be governed? Do you want to keep things as they are or change to the older Committee style Council, or would you prefer a Mayor for Cornwall?

All events start at 7pm and include one on July 13 in Liskeard at the Eliot House Hotel, on July 14 in St Austell at Keay Theatre and July 20 at Launceston Town Hall.

More information about the review and how the public can give their views is available at www.cornwall.gov.uk/whodecides
