A SERIES of new podcasts will provide a lively 'guided tour' to four of South East Cornwall's most popular tourist spots.
Produced by the South East Cornwall Tourism Association (SECTA), the podcasts cover Looe, Polperro, Siblyback Lake and the Rame Peninsula, and take the listener around each place with a fun and interesting narrative. They will be available to download from the SECTA website at http://www.secta.org.uk">www.secta.org.uk.
Chair of SECTA Edythe Coles said: 'Our organisation is continually looking for ways to promote tourism in South East Cornwall. We are grateful for the ECLAG (East Cornwall Local Action Group) funding that has enabled us to produce these podcasts. As we become more and more reliant on getting information from our phones and tablets, it is important that we keep up with new technology and embrace this form of marketing.'
A launch evening for the podcasts will be held at the Millpool Centre, Looe, today.
