PLANS costing £500,000 to turn Liskeard Library into an ‘iconic cultural hub’ have been revealed.

Advice is being sought for a scheme that could ‘breathe new life’ into the building in the town centre.

Under the proposals, control of the building would be devolved from Cornwall Council to the Plymouth-based community interest company Real Ideas Organisation, which is behind the scheme.
