PLANS costing £500,000 to turn Liskeard Library into an ‘iconic cultural hub’ have been revealed.

Under the proposals, control of the building would be devolved from Cornwall Council to the Plymouth-based community interest company Real Ideas Organisation, which is behind the scheme.
The full story is in the current print edition of the Cornish Times, on sale now.
