A Downderry landowner is seeking advice from Cornwall Council over plans to build seven new houses in the village.
Agent Whitehead Planning has submitted a pre-application on behalf of Richard Keen for seven detached homes at Trerieve, to the north of the village.
These would be built as infill development between existing properties, says the agent.
