CORNWALL Rural Housing Association is seeking advice over building a new development in the Tamar Valley.

The association has submitted a pre-planning enquiry to Cornwall Council for land east of Harrowbarrow Primary School.

Details around the proposed scheme are sparse at this stage, but a sketch plan enclosed with the application shows a plot with around 20 houses, all of which would be affordable.
