PLANS to build three new homes in Saltash have been refused.

Outline permission had been sought to build on the large shared gardens at 118 and 120 North Road.
But Cornwall Council planners cited concerns about parking, access and sight lines in turning down the application.
The plan had also drawn four objections from people leaving nearby.
Saltash Town Council had recommended refusal, saying the plan constituted over-development.
