Almost 100 new houses are soon to be released onto the market in Liskeard as a house builder pushes on with its development in the town.

Persimmon Homes Cornwall has been granted planning permission for a further 99 properties at its Trevethan Meadows development in Callington Road.

Persimmon has already built 122 houses at the development and is now gearing up to begin work on phase three of the project, with work scheduled to start in the coming weeks.

The first of the houses will be released onto the market immediately and will be available to purchase off-plan.

Included in this phase will be a selection of two-bedroom homes, as well as three and four beds.

The development was formerly marketed as Dickens Reach but changed to Trevethan Meadows in 2015 after consultation with the local community and Liskeard Town Council.
