Land owners who hope to build five new houses in Hatt, near Saltash, have sought pre-planning application advice from Cornwall Council over their scheme.

The site at Orchard Meadow is a remnant of farmland owned by Mr and Mrs Jarvis who argue that it is not of good agricultural quality and that building upon it would constitute an infill development.
