Traders have hit out at parking officials, saying they are driving customers away from their businesses.
Civil enforcement officers are now a regular sight on the streets of Liskeard but some business owners feel they are too quick to issue parking fines.
Simon Terry, who runs Continental Fruits in Liskeard, has been issued with two penalty charge notices for a company vehicle while loading outside the shop.
