AN OUTLINE planning application for houses in a village has had almost 50 comments from local people, all of them in objectiom.
The scheme for 24 houses would be built on land at Treheath Farm opposite Dobwalls Primary School.
An earlier proposal for housing on the same site was withdrawn earlier this year.
The Highways Department has said that its previous concerns over access for vehicles to the site has been addressed in the new submission, and that if questions over footpaths were resolved, the plan would be acceptable.
