The major project to turn the Temple section of the busy A30 into a dual carriageway is taking its next steps.
With a revised contraflow system now in place at the western end of the roadworks, Helland Junction will be closed to all traffic from Monday, November 21.
The closure involves the left turn off-slip for eastbound A30 traffic (for Helland) and the left turn on-slip for the A30 eastbound to Launceston. Advance warning signs advising drivers of the change will be in place and diversion signs will be in place. Motorists will be diverted off at the A38 Carminow Cross and to Callywith Gate.
The revised contraflow will enable major carriageway works to be completed between the old Trewardale Junction (for Blisland and St Breward) and Penlan Garage.
