New affordable housing has been provided for families in South East Cornwall.

A 36 home development has been built by Westward Housing at Church View in Saltash.

Ten shared ownership homes have been reserved off plan and 26 affordable rent properties have been taken by local people. These homes include a mix of one-bedroom flats and two and three bedroom family houses.

The two-bedroom properties cost £167,500 and the three-bedroom houses £195,000.
